I found the staff cute. the hotel boasts a superb location. my room had convenient parking next door at a discounted rate. i particularly enjoyed the wide variety of choices at breakfast. It included many options.
i noticed very slight wear on some furnishings. this was not a major issue, but noticeable.

train station clean room friendly staff
The location worked well for me because the train station was across the road. the room was clean. I slept well. holiday inn breakfasts remain great. The staff were very friendly. the mattress and pillows.
the room was a bit too warm, and i couldn't adjust the temperature. that impacted my sleep a little! i would have liked to control the room temperature myself. i hope they address this issue soon.

great selection friendly staff perfect location
The breakfast had a great selection. Staff were friendly at reception and during breakfast. The location is close to the rail station and within walking distance of attractions. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel.
The air conditioning unit lacked individual room controls causing stuffiness one warm day.

seamless process helpful team notable advantage excellent service
the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. the front desk team was helpful and very attentive. its proximity to the train station and the docks was a notable advantage. the service in the dining room impressed me.
the bathroom did not have adequate ventilation. it was a minor issue, but still worth mentioning.

missing safe lukewarm water
i was a bit miffed about a couple things my room lacked a safe so i worried about my valuables the entire time i was there. the water from the sink faucet never got properly hot it was lukewarm at best , made shaving a fun challenge. also the coffee at breakfast tasted like dishwater i think they need to invest in a better coffee machine or maybe just teach someone how to brew properly

fantastic stay!
friendly staff great selection
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. my room was a good size and clean. the breakfasts had a great selection of food, especially the hot buffet, and the menu in the restaurant looked extensive!!!
